Police identify detached head Peter Edwards | 172 words Homicide investigators say they’ve identified a victim after a detached human head was found in an isolated area of Whitchurch-Stouffville. Testing at the Coroner’s Office revealed the skull and other remains found nearby are from Peter Gavin, 67, a recluse from East Gwillimbury.
